Membership Details:

·          Active members receive cost plus 5% wholesale rates on eligible LD

·          Membership Dues cover carrier billing and collections, and marketing.

·          Dues are calculated by multiplying the following two factors:

1.      Projected Call Detail Records (CDR) managed during a membership period (MP)

2.   CDR Fee

·          Dues are billed in advance of a MP and must be paid by the due date in order to be considered active.

·          Membership Period options are 3, 2, and 1 month

·          Billing Options are as follows:

1.      E-Billing with Paper Remittance via U.S.P.S.

2.      Traditional Paper Billing via U.S.P.S.

·          5% Referral Incentive on active new member dues paid or credited every membership billing period.

Base CDR fee’s are established by volume and features. Base CDR fee’s are increased by the following membership period and billing option selected:

·          3 Month MP & E-Billing Option – 0%

·          2 Month MP & E-Billing Option – 10%

·          1 Month MP & E-Billing Option – 20%

·          3 Month MP & Paper Billing Option – 5%

·          2 Month MP & Paper Billing Option – 15%

·          1 Month MP & Paper Billing Option – 25%
