Another item that separates PrimeTime from its competitors is the Cost Plus Network (CPN). The CPN efficiently provides pricing commensurate with geographical cost factors built in automatically. Consequently, PrimeTime LD pricing does not have customers in low access cost areas subsidizing customers in high access cost areas which keeps prices low overall and customers happy. Last, the CPN minimizes LD costs, government mandated fees and taxes, by extending the wholesale model to the end-user customer through membership fees. Membership revenues cover billing and collection, marketing, and some profit.
